Directions
Add 8 oz of Pink Himalayan Salt into a warm hot bath. Let salt dissolve. Soak in the brine water for 20 – 30 minutes. Do not rinse off, towel dry off. Drink a glass of water if needed. Muscles should feel relaxed to the point of weakness. Be careful not to fall when you exit the bathtub.
